OMG 2 is about a dad who fights to protect his child. Kanti Sharan Mugdal (Pankaj Tripathi) lives in a place called Mahakaal Nagri. He owns a store that sells things used for religious ceremonies in the temple area. He also lives nearby with his wife Indumati, son Vivek (Aarush Verma) and daughter Damyanti. Everything is going fine in their lives until one day, Vivek is taken to the hospital because he took too much Viagra. Kanti finds out about something and doesn't tell his wife Indumati and sister-in-law Damyanti right away. But then, a video of him touching himself in the school bathroom gets shared widely on the internet. The principal of the school, Atal Nath Maheswari (played by Arun Govil), chooses to expel Vivek for his inappropriate behavior. Kanti is told to go away from town and stay hidden for a few days with his family. This is when Lord Shiva asks Akshay Kumar to help Kanti in the battle for his son. What comes after this is the rest of the movie.

OMG 2

Amit Rai's story is amazing and very important right now. Amit Rai's screenplay is really interesting and holds your attention tightly. He added many enjoyable and thought-provoking moments to the film. Also, the way he has combined the significance of sex education and the spiritual aspect needs to be witnessed to be understood. Amit Rai's conversations are interesting and deserving of applause.

Amit Rai's way of directing is straightforward. He made the story easy to understand and talks about sensitive subjects without difficulty. The way Kanti finds out about his son's problem is deserving of praise. The idea of using flashbacks is effective. The movie gets even better when the courtroom drama starts. Some important parts of the story are when Indumati and Damyanti are questioned by Kamini and the scene with the sex worker. Many problems are discussed without sounding like someone is trying to give a sermon. The ending is really powerful.

However, the director does not provide a sufficient summary of the film. Kanti failed to mention that the school did nothing to punish the bully who filmed Vivek's video. Similarly, the people being accused don't mention that Vivek almost got arrested for trying to commit murder. Lastly, there are a few things that are helpful or useful.

When it comes to performances, Pankaj Tripathi is excellent. Akshay Kumar is not shown on the screen for a long time unfortunately. However, he makes a significant impact. He looks really handsome and he does a really good job. Yami Gautam Dhar did something unexpected because people have never seen her play this kind of role before. Aarush Verma acts confidently. Arun Govil can be relied upon. Govind Namdev and Brijendra Kala also have the same qualities. Pavan Malhotra, also known as Judge Purushottam Nagar, is the pleasant surprise in the movie. The actors who play Dr. Shah, the medical shop owner, and Pranlal Mutho are doing well too.

Songs never expire. 'Har Har Mahadev' is exceptional because it is filmed very well. 'Oonchi Oonchi Waadi', 'Ho Tayyar' and 'Akelo Chal Padiyo' are not memorable. Mangesh Dhakde's background music matches well with the movie's main idea.

Amalendu Chaudhary's camera work is good. Nikhil Kovale creates designs that look very much like real things. Leepakshi Ellawadi, Jiya Bhagiya, and Mallika Chauhan are wearing costumes that look like they came from real life. Suvir Nath's editing is good.

OMG 2 is a strong and impactful film that portrays progressive ideas and is handled with sensitivity. The movie stands out due to the amazing performances of the actors. At the movie theater, the movie may not make a lot of money because it is only for adults and there is another movie called GADAR 2 that people might choose to watch instead. The movie needs a lot of positive opinions from people to get more viewers. This is something that every child and every parent should do.
